Aerobic Exercise Is it really necessary?

What exactly is aerobic exercise? According to Wikipedia, is an exercise involving oxygen consumption. Aerobic refers to the use of oxygen in the body of the process of energy production. Why do we train aerobically? The advantages are numerous. Adequate training of at least 3 times a week, the advantages are:

a) Increased resting metabolic rate to help fat loss
b) Increased production of antioxidants
c) Promote a Heart Health
d) strengthen the heart muscle
e) assisting in the fight against infections
f) help to strengthen bone mass (with the exception of cycling and swimming)

An effective and safe includes the following phases:

1) Warm Up Phase
The muscles must be active to warm up before. This may be a light 5-minute walk on the treadmill for blood flow to the muscles to an end.

2) Stretching Stage
After heating, the temperature of the body would be slightly increased to produce a light sweat. This is the best time to stretch the muscles to minimize injury, sprains during the training itself and prepare for the points.

3) the aerobic phase
The aerobic phase can last from 15 minutes to 1 hour. There are two types of aerobics. One is the type of your heart rate between 65% to 80% of your maximum heart rate. What is the calculation of your maximum heart rate? It is 220 minus your age. If you are 40 years old, your maximum heart rate is 180 beats per minute. You will be training between 117-144 beats per minute.

The second type of aerobic interval training is the kind of high, which is alternating between a sprint and a walk. The recommended duration of such training does not exceed 20-30 minutes per session because of its intensity.

4) Cooling phase
This is an important part of the whole process as the body, after the wind stress, the body must endure in the aerobic phase. A 5 minutes walk to cool enough.

5) Stretching Stage
Stretching is not only necessary to thaw. It is also crucial to keep after the cooling of the muscles flexible and injury-free. Bouncing movement is not in this phase.

Many people start an aerobic activity with good intentions to improve health and lose weight but to abandon after a month or two. Why? Usually it is due to rise too fast and too much to be settled after one year. Sometimes it's poor planning & Poor time management. Several times, the activity itself is so tedious and boring, even a hamster to jump on the wagon.

This is something that only you can decide. The activity you choose your personality. For example, I love dancing and I'm active in martial arts. When I was in a gym and I want a good cardio session, I will naturally to the dance or the body fight against the class. I have a very beautiful and I get my aerobics at the same time!
