Doing aerobic exercises is on your heart rate up (but not too high) and conditioning your muscles to do what they do best - support for your body. Sweating is healthy when it releases toxins from your body. Be very careful to replace all fluid lost, so you are not dehydrated. Aerobic exercises also bring more oxygen into your body, allowing you to burn fat and strengthen muscles you conditioning. Most people work too hard to burn fat. You'll be pleasantly surprised when your body burn the fat you are, of course, doing aerobic exercises on a regular basis.
Your body systems are designed for "normal" body at any time. Doing aerobic exercise causes the body to work harder because it attempts to regulate their systems. Bring your body in motion requires more oxygen and elevated heart rate. Oxygen regenerates the blood, thereby strengthening the muscles involved in the movement. Over time, your body will return to its normal routine. Your body will burn fat more easily and better absorb the nutrients you consume.
If all systems work together (healthy diet and exercise), you notice that you have a lot more than you thought you would. Aerobic exercises train your body to achieve the same result without having worked so hard. Your endurance increases, while the effort to achieve the same result decreases. Your body will make better use of its stores of fat which, of course, you should be leaner, stronger and overall healthier.
The human body is an extraordinary organization. It adapts quickly to change, so be sure not to plateau. Change your workouts and give your body a wide range of aerobic exercises. Constant change of the muscles used, you get better training and better overall health.
