When you go to the gym and just look around, you notice that people who want to lose fat is a type of cardio machine, and those who want to build muscles are lifting weights. The majority of people who want to get rid of fat, use of cardio exercises to achieve their goal. But is it really necessary to spend hours and hours per week doing boring cardio training? Or is there a better way to lose fat?
If you use the cardio training for fat loss?
The number of people actually able to lose a lot of fat and keep it off, are very small. Often, people just "advice" of a loss of fat "guru" and puts them into practice without even thinking. Even if they are not the results they want, they are still the same on both sides. But if something does not work as you want, take the time to discover what the problem is. Most of the time that the problem is that people use the wrong exercises to burn fat.
While cardio to burn fat are important, but you are also entitled to do so, or do more harm than good for you. The risk of long cardio training is that you lose muscle mass and fat. The less muscle you have, the slower your basic metabolic rate (BMR), and the fewer calories you burn.
Another reason why cardio is not as effective as people think, because your body as it is in better shape, become more effective in burning calories. It is therefore far fewer calories or energy to exercise. You must constantly over your workout burn the same amount of calories you've done before, and this muscle loss. Long, boring cardio training had no effect on your BMR, but building muscle with weight training does. Weight training is important when it comes to fat loss than long cardio training actually.
