Live happily, now a healthy lifestyle

You can become a lean, energetic and happier with a few easy decisions in your life. These ten tips to get you started.

1. Lift weights. Effective power system adds lean muscle mass on your body. Each pound of lean muscle mass burns based on the average of 13 calories per day, this means that if you earn an extra ten pounds of lean muscle you will burn 130 extra calories per day.

2. Do cardiovascular exercise. Enter the 20-minute interval-based cardio exercise three times a week. Interval training means varying the intensity of exercise throughout your workout. Choose the cardiovascular exercise of your choice, walk, bike, elliptical, and are good options. Alternate member of the exercise intensity of your workout, 2 minutes of fast, high intensity exercise followed by 2 minutes of low intensity.

3. Drink plenty of water. You lose on average 64 grams of water per day in sweat and urine. It seems illogical, but the less water you drink, the more you retain water. Plus you retain water, the more you look and feel bloated. Drink at least half a liter of water per day. Keep a water bottle on your desk while you work. Sip as you go.

4. Close soda sugar. Americans consume a quarter of their daily calories from sugar carbonated water. Soda has no nutritional value. Not only it can be harmful. Ramachandran Vasan, MD, professor of medicine at Boston University School of Medicine recently stated that: "Even a soda a day increases the risk of metabolic syndrome by about 50%." Metabolic syndrome is a combination of medical conditions - increased the circumference of the waist, higher levels of fats in the blood, and a drastic reduction in good cholesterol - may increase the risk of cardiovascular disease. Rather than drinking sugar, baking soda, opt for non - -calorie drinks, soda or drop completely replaced and the water.

5. Reduce simple carbohydrates. Simple carbs are found in foods such as white bread, sweets, cakes and ice cream. They are in the blood directly through the intestinal mucosa and is rapidly converted into glucose at a rate of 30 calories per minute. The body reacts by high levels of insulin to regulate blood glucose. This can cause your body to experience peak of energy followed by energy lows. Complex carbohydrates, found in whole grain bread, oats, rice and vegetables are converted to blood glucose levels only two calories per minute. Stabbing complex carbohydrates decreases the level of calories, fat and regulate your energy levels.

6. Eat breakfast. Researchers from the National Weight Control Registry examined 3,000 people who lost weight and successfully kept off. Most of these people said they eat breakfast every day is a strategy for weight control. Breakfast starts your body metabolic system early in the day and fighting and hunger in the afternoon. Breakfast room also prevents many harmful effects of fasting, such as irritability and fatigue.

7. And achievement of objectives. Do not live a day without a writing goal. A charity must have three characteristics, but must also be realistic, we need a deadline and must be amortized. To lose one pound per week for twelve weeks, is an excellent goal, as long as it is written.

8. Reward yourself. Life is full of success and some are important, others are small, not negligible. Reward yourself for each achievement. Take yourself to lunch or buy something nice. Think about how performance can affect your life better. This causes you to focus on the things you do to better your life and your friends.

9. Time spent with friends and family. Devoting at least a few minutes a day to strengthen relations, with perhaps a call to an old friend or a birthday card to a family member, you give a little yourself. And the more you give, the more you will receive the love, support and recognition for all the wonderful things you are.

10. Meditate. A recent study by the University of Wisconsin-Madison sent 25 Americans to an 8-week meditation rough. After completing the course, the subjects showed an average 5% increase in antibodies - some even showed an increase of 25%. The researchers were surprised to see an increase of 50% of the electrical activity in parts of the brain associated with positive emotions and anxiety. The speed of life is at the height of the fever. It is essential to find a place where you can while away and restart your mind so you can remain effective.
